August Visitors

August was awesome.  It was filled with visitors, sun and fun!! My mom and dad drove their camper down at the beginning of the month and set up camp at Lakeside campground, my dad stayed a few days and my mom stayed the rest of the month.  A couple days later Uncle Charlie, Auntie Monika, Auntie Sheila, and Auntie Crissie arrived.  What a great time.  Inoke and I spent most of our days out at the camp, going to the pool, playing dominoes, eating treats and enjoying the sunshine.  We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family, it was great to spend time with everyone and feel their love and support!!!!

It was really hard to see everybody go and have to get back into a more boring, normal routine! Until next time everyone!!! 

3 months old

So I'm super behind posting this because Inoke is now 16weeks.  But here is his 3month photos.

What he's been up to.....

loves to smile

started "belly" laughing

clasping his hands together

starting to reach and grab toys put in front of him

holding his head up while on his tummy

loves laying on his baby Einstein mat, and playing with the toys on his bouncer

totally loves sitting up and checking out whats going on

I can't believe how fast he's growing and how much he seems to be understanding, love this boy and his smile!

The mullet is gone

Poor Inoke was born with very little hair, and the hair that he did have was growing in like a mullet and old man do ... so sad, poor little guy.
I couldn't take it anymore, so here's what we did .....

August 1st

August 1st was Sione and my 3rd wedding anniversary. The old cliche saying is "wow where has the time gone, it's gone by too fast".  Is it heartless for me to say that it hasn't gone by super fast... nor has it gone by super slow either... the time has gone by just perfectly.  I have been able to cherish every moment and be thankful for the wonderful life I have.  AND to think this time last year little Inoke was not in our lives... crazy!!!  So we went out to eat at The Spaghetti Factory, took a nice evening stroll and then headed home.  Even though this photo has Inoke in it, he didn't come with us, Ela watched him.

Busted!

Look what Inoke has discovered ... at least thats what I hoping it is a "discovery" and not that he's teething and needs something to gnaw on! I would just die if he started getting teeth already!! YIKES! Today he fit his whole fist in his mouth and gagged himself ... silly boy
